Our Indy spotlight shines on one of the hottest indy stars in the country when we talk to Chainsaw Joe Gacy of CZW. What does Joe have to say about Sami Callahan’s new interest in CZW? Will they be at Wrestlemania next year for the third time? Who would play Joe Gacy in a movie?

Then, we talk to Xcite Wrestling’s owner, the infamous Jonny Moose. He tells us what happened to the TV tapings and fills us in on the upcoiming Xcite show at NYSEG Stadium in Binghamton, NY on Saturday, June 3rd.

We’ve also got the news, featuring youtube, Phil Brooks and new WWE Champion, Jinder Mahal. You still mad about him winning, bro? Necrocasticon Volume 3 Chapter 2

Welcome to Volume 2 Chapter 2 of the Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment Network’s podcast that blends horror and heavy metal topics with a common connection.

This week usual host and moderator, Tom Clark is off, but Mr. Scott has stepped up to the plate and boldly takes us where our panelists have gone… the first time?

That’s right, on the heels of Scott seeing Metallica for the first time, we recollect our first times seeing horror and metal, either in the theater or on the stage, respectively. Scott, Smoking Walt Ball and Azriel Mordecai bring in our friend Axel Lennox to help out with the discussion.

Do we share some of the same experiences as you? Listen to find out.

But that’s not all.

Walt reaches into infinity in the Smoker as he reviews the latest from Dragonforce, Az has Alien Sex Fiends in the mortuary and Scott gives the axe to a sicko in metal that deserves it.

The Curtain Jerkers #100

Welcome to Episode 100 of The Curtain Jerkers, Project Entertainment Network’s podcast that super kicks pro wrestling in the centennials.

It’s a special event like none other, albeit bittersweet. Host Token Tom Clark and company start it off remembering the loses to the East Coast indy scene in Wayne Van Dyke and Glen Post. Unfamiliar with Glen? He’s was the first and only wrestling manager in history with Spina Bifida. We talk to those close to Glen in the indy business, Keith Zimmer and Axel Lennox.

Then Steve Mesa, The Viking Brian Burton and Producer Dan Canastra take a trip down memory lane as we remember 8 and half years of podcasting; from the 2CWFancast to the Main Event to finally to the Curtain Jerkers.

With special guests Dewey Brooks and Pete Wrightsman of the 2CWFancast and our brother in arms Brodie Kratz, who returns to get questioned by the Viking.

But that’s not all, in this special double sized edition of the Curtain Jerkers!

We’ve also got the Indy Power Rankings, the guys preview indy cards on their must see lists and we give our predictions for NXT Takeover Chicago and the WWE Network Event Backlash, plus all the news that’s worth talking about, including Randy Orton, Phil Brooks, Braun Strowman, and, of course, who could forget Perry Saturn and his latest video.

Necrocasticon Volume 3 Chapter 1

Welcome to Volume 3 Chapter 1 of the Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment Network’s Podcast the blends horror and heavy metal properties with a common connection.

Your host, writer and podcaster Tom Clark, is casting aside token monickers this season, along with our panel of horror and metal experts at Project Entertainment Network.

The former Maxx Axe, aka Mr. Scott Groverston, Super Fan Boy Smoking Walt Ball has finally climbed out of hell and Azriel Mordecai is still Az, because, well, that’s his legal name.

We’re starting off our third season by getting back to our roots here at the Necrocasticon, streamlining things with a fine tooth, razor sharp comb. We’re about commonalities between specific genre media properties, so this week we’re blending together 3 of them as we talk about the ALIEN film franchise, the career of Glenn Danzig and the art of HR Geiger.

How do they all link together?

We’ll tell you how, among other things as we talk about the past, present and future of what are, without a doubt, fixtures in pop culture, as well as the horror or metal genres.

But that’s not all.

Walt reviews more Life of Agony, Az gets violent in the mortuary with 5 Caskets to Cairo and Scott gives the Axe Handle to a surprising victim that very much deserves it.

Welcome to Volume 2 Chapter 52 of The Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment Network’s podcast that blends horror and heavy metal properties with a common connection.

This week, as we close out our second year of production, we’ve dug up a lost panel from 2016. Recorded at last year’s Scares That Care, it’s the Ladies in Horror Panel featuring former guest Rochelle Davis, as well as the legendary Traci Lords and Meg Foster’s striking glance. A trio of prominent women from three different generations talk about their experiences in the horror field.

So sit back and enjoy our LOST PANEL of 2016!

The Curtain Jerkers #2.46

Welcome to Season 2 Episode 46 of The Curtain Jerkers, Project Entertainment Network’s podcast that super-kicks pro wrestling in the high spot.

Host Token Tom Clark is joined by our usual group is miscreants, our team of pro wrestling analysts at Project Entertainment Network: Steve Mesa, The Viking Brian Burton and Producer Dan Canastra.

For your pleasure, we introduce our newish format, spotlighting the indy stars out busting their asses in legions and high school gyms while keeping a 40 hour a week shoot job.

And who better to kick that off than our good friend, Hybrid Sean Carr. Sean may very well be the top indy guy in the Northeast right now, and he joins us to talk about his work ethic and history in the business.

But that’s not all.

With less WWE talk there is more of a focus on the up and coming guys we love, even in the news. We heard Billy Corgan bought NWA, Matt Gold experiences Curtain Jerkers shenanigans as tries to find the naked pictures of Charlotte Flair, Steve fills us in on Ronin 14, and Viking has the Indy Power Rankings for us.

And we can’t forget the Super Juniors is starting, and we’ll let you know who is participating in the extremely popular Japanese tournament and ask the question, “Can Will Osprey become the first ever 2 time winner of the Super Juniors?”

We’ve got Curtain Jerkers shenanigans when Don Bump and Ali Burns make another call to WWE customer service with surprising results.

And, of course, Viking takes the time between raiding and pillaging to bring us the Indy Power Rankings.

Oh, and we can’t forget that Steve and Tom have some words for their friends in the WWE2K league.

Necrocasticon Volume 2 Chapter 50

Welcome to volume 2 chapter 50 of the Necrocasticon, Project Entertainment Network’s podcast that blends horror and heavy metal properties with a common connection.

Your host is writer and podcaster Token Tom Clark and with him, as always, is our panel of horror and metal experts. Maxx Axe, smoking Walt Hades and Azriel Mordecai are getting poetic this week and digging into the creepiness that was Edgar Allan Poe.

Well, more specifically, his crime opus, Murder in the Rue Morgue, a classic tale of horror, intrigue and murder. The tale has inspired film makers and musicians alike, from Vincent Price to Iron Maiden.

Join, won’t you, as we dig into the this classic tale of terror?

But that’s not all.

Walt reviews Night Demon’s latest effort, Tom tells you if you should bother reading Christopher Golden’s newest adventure into horror, Ararat, Az resurrects Divinity Destroyed in the Mortuary and Maxx gives the axe to another sorry son of a bitch. Who is it? Listen and find out.

The Curtain Jerkers #2.44

Welcome to season 2 episode 44 of the Curtain Jerkers, Project Entertainment Network’s podcast that superkicks pro wrestling in the pants. Your typical host, Token Tom Clark is absent this week, as is most of our panel of wrestling analysts over at Project Entertainment Network. The Viking, Brian Burton, is off raiding and pillaging, Producer Dan is producing, what it is we really don’t want to know, and the inmates are in charge; all at Steve Mesa’s expense. Last weekend Steve moderated the Art of Professional Wrestling panel at Supercon Retro in Miami, FL. Featuring our friend, comic book writer Michael Kingston (HEADLOCKED), wrestler Main Man Malken and ring announcer for Evolve, Rob Naylor. Steve heads up this must listen panel. It’s one that takes a different approach to wrestling, not as sports entertainment, but as performance art.

Necrocasticon Volume 2 Chapter 49

Welcome to Volume 2 Chapter 49 of The Necrocasticon, project Entertainment Network’s podcast that blends horror and heavy metal properties wit a common connection. Your host, writer Token Tom Clark is joined by our panel of metal and horror experts at Project Entertainment Network, Maxx Axe and Smoking Walt Hades. Absent this week, though, is our resident creepy guy, Azriel Mordecai, who’s under the weather. This week we’re about the short and sweet and the preview side of things. How so you ask? Horror films, and sometimes novels, often rely on short films, called trailers, basically 2 minute or so long previews of the flicks, to create an interest in the final product. Many trailers are classic and have stood the test of time, while some others gave too much away and killed a film at the box office. Metal and music in the 80’s was the same way, with the advent of the popularity of music videos, which at one time were solely used by record companies to sell an artist. Then came MTV. Walt tells us what he’s been watching in his 365 movies in 365 Days project, Maxx Gives someone the axe in his new segment, and Az is in the mortuary sleeping as he recovers from being sick, so shhhh. We won’t go there this week. Or will we?

The Curtain Jerkers #2.43

Welcome to Season 2 Episode 43 of The Curtain Jerkers, Project Entertainment Network’s podcast that super kicks pro wrestling in the high spot!

Your host, veteran podcaster and journalist Token Tom Clark is joined by our panel of pro wrestling analysts at Project Entertainment Network. First, he’s the second half of the podcasting tag team champions of the universe, freelance journalist and film critic, Steve Mesa. And the man, the myth, the legend… the Viking, Brian Burton.

We’ve got a jam packed show for you this week and it’s all news for the most part, as the wrestling world has had a bit of that since Wrestlemania passed.

Iris doesn’t investigate the Coach, we ask where the f**k has Wade Barrett been, Viking has the Indy Power Rankings and Steve, well, he isn’t undefeated in WWE2K, anymore. And he no sells us like champ!

It’s a shenanigans galore this week on the Curtain Jerkers and you can only hear it here on Project Entertainment Network!
